Welcome to my website.
I am the founder and director of Accordia. As an HCPC-registered Music Therapist, I believe, like many people, that music plays a special role in our lives, supporting us to live in accord with our true natures – regardless of our age, illness, disability, or life challenges. As I have an integrative background, I also draw on a broad range of therapeutic traditions and the wider creative arts according to clients’ needs.
I offer the following:
I have many years’ experience working in various statutory and public sector organisations and am available to receive music therapy referrals within parts of East and West Sussex.
I am in the advanced stages of training in Music Imagery Psychotherapy with the Association of Music and Imagery and am presently offering sessions on a reduced cost basis.
I am a registered clinical supervisor with the British Association for Music Therapy and am available to offer supervision to music therapists and community music practitioners. I am also available to give presentations about music therapy and wider consultancy to organisations seeking to explore how music may support their clients’ daily lives.
